Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Nicole Brooks, obtained a Bachelor’s in Biology from La Salle University in 2003 and her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania in 2004 in which she graduated cum laude. She began her career as a registered nurse as an Officer in the United States Air Force Nurse Corps. After completing her time in the military, Mrs. Brooks worked in various clinical settings. After working as an RN for over 10 years, Mrs. Brooks went back to school and graduated from Simmons University with her Master’s of Science in Nursing in 2019. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners.
She enjoys spending her free time with her two young daughters and her husband.

The Fresenius Medical Care Home Therapies Unit is a free standing unit conveniently located next to our 101 Park Hill office for patients who choose to do dialysis at home. Our physicians offer all home dialysis options, including peritoneal dialysis and home hemodialysis.
